WHAT IS THE

ONBOARDING PROGRAM?


The South Wharf onboarding program is
3 x 45-60minute sessions with a Coach of your
choosing.


The Coach will teach you the fundamental
movements, so you’re comfortable
entering the class environment. Goal setting,
mobility, fun and skill work all play a large role in the
onboarding process.

Right from the start I felt so welcomed and a part of the supportive community here at South Wharf. Living just around the corner is the cherry on the cake. As for results I'm much stronger yet I've dropped a shirt size since joining in Feb (without being restrictive in my diet) and learnt lifts and workouts I'd never done before. The on-site chiro team has also helped very much with old, niggling injuries. And I have a sauna after almost every workout. So glad I found you guys !

When someone allows you to help them, they are giving you incredible trust. It’s up to me as a coach to honour that.

Coaching gives me a fulfilment I struggle to put into words. My aim for our members is to find their inner confidence and self belief to not only accomplish the goals they set for themselves in the gym alone but be able to walk away feeling as if their opportunities are endless. I have a particular passion for working with master’s athletes as well as people new to the world of CrossFit and structuring programs to fit people’s specific needs.
